values the personal information of its website users and audition information providers (hereinafter "Information
Provider(s)" or "You(r)") and complies with laws regarding the protection of personal information.
END discloses through its Privacy Policy the purposes and methods of the use of personal information
provided by Applicants and measures and actions taken to protect personal information. If the Privacy Policy is
amended due to changes in laws or government guidelines regarding personal information protection or changes
in Company policies, the Company will publish such changes through website notification (or via individual notification).

1. Personal Information Collected
The personal information that END processes about you is as follows:
What is "required items"?: Information required to provide the service's fundamental functions
What is "optional items”?: Information collected additionally to provide specialized services (use of the service will not be restricted even if you do not enter optional items.)
2. Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information
END utilizes the collected personal information for the following purposes:
Notification and disclosure of audition results and training-related matters.
Applicant identity verification and prevention of duplicate applications.
Notification of audition events.
Identity verification of legal representatives of Information Providers who are minors.
Handling complaints and inquiries.
Management and operation of the Company’s telecommunications, IT, and security systems, auditing (including security audits) and monitoring of these systems.
Identification of issues with the Company’s websites, apps, or services; Planning improvements to the Company’s websites, apps, or services; Development of new websites, apps, or services.
3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
In general, personal information will be promptly disposed of once the purposes of collection and use have been accomplished. However, in cases where the retention and use period consented to by the Applicant has not expired, or when required by relevant laws and regulations, the information may be retained for a certain period of time. The retention periods are as follows:
Information retained due to the Company’s internal policies: 3 years (for the prevention and detection of misuse, notification of audition events)
Website visit records and related logs such as access history: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
4. Process and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
In general, the Company will delete and destroy personal information promptly after the purposes of collection and use have been achieved. The information is destroyed according to the following procedures and methods:
Disposal Procedure
The information you provide for the audition will be stored in the company’s database (or in a separate document cabinet in the case of physical documents) and retained for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations on personal information (refer to period of retention and use). The information will not be used for any purpose other than retention, unless otherwise required by law.
Disposal Method
Personal information stored in electronic file format will be permanently deleted using technology that ensures the records cannot be recovered. Personal information printed on paper will be shredded for disposal.

being used by the Applicant to permit all cookies, receive prompts when cookies are installed, or refuse all cookies.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In general, the Company does not provide the Information Provider’s personal information to external parties.
However, in specific cases for purposes such as providing additional audition opportunities, the Company may disclose the information to domestic and overseas affiliates of END with the consent of the information provider, in compliance with relevant laws and through legally prescribed procedures.
6. Consignment of Collected Personal Information
For the purposes of providing more specialized services, the Company outsources the processing of personal information to external professional agencies as indicated below. END takes necessary measures in accordance with relevant laws to ensure the secure management of Your personal information.
7. International Transfers of Personal Information
END may transfer or manage a member’s information overseas as indicated below for the purposes of providing services and enhancing user convenience. The details of the Company’s overseas transfer of personal information are as follows.
8. Rights and exercise of rights by Information Providers and legal
The Information Provider (and legal representative for Information Providers who are minors) may request to view or revise the Information Provider’s personal information registered in the system at any time.
To access or revise personal information, Information Providers (or their legal representatives for Information Providers who are minors) can contact the personal information protection officer by email, and we will promptly take appropriate action.
If an Information Provider (or their legal representative for Information Providers who are minors) requests correction of any errors in their personal information, the relevant information will not be used or provided until the correction has been completed.
Personal information deleted upon the Information Provider’s request (or their legal representative for Information Providers who are minors) will be processed as specified in “Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information,” and it will not be accessed or used for any other purposes.
In the event of a request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of information as per the individual’s rights, the Company will take steps to verify whether the individual making such a request is the actual subject of the information or a legitimate representative.
9. Installation, operation, and declining consent to personal information collection devices
Cookies are small pieces of text files that are installed onto the user’s PC by a website via the user’s Web browser when the user accesses the website.
