User: Refers to both members and non-members using the copylefted services.
Member: Refers to an individual who signs up as a member and uses the copylefted services.
ID: Refers to the unique identifier (e.g., email address) used during membership signup.
Password: Refers to the confidential combination of characters chosen by members to access their accounts.
Log Record: Refers to automatically generated data such as IP addresses and access times during service use.

Article 4: Formation of Agreement The agreement is formed when an individual applies to use our services by providing necessary information, and END approves the membership application according to the terms herein.

Article 5: Obligations of END END is committed to protecting members' personal information and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except in cases required by law or for legal processes.

Article 6: Member Obligations Members must comply with laws, these Copyleft Terms, and Company guidelines. Engaging in prohibited activities or violating rights of others is not allowed.

Article 7: Service Provision END provides copylefted services, and details of the services provided, including any discounts or benefits, will be communicated separately on our website.

Article 8: Personal Information Management Members are responsible for managing their ID, password, and personal information securely. END is not liable for any damages resulting from the member's failure to do so.

Article 9: Change of Member Information Members can update their personal information at any time. Failure to do so resulting in losses is the responsibility of the member.

Article 10: Termination and Restriction Members can terminate their Service Use Agreement, subject to certain procedures outlined in this Article. END may also terminate the Agreement or restrict service use in case of violations.

Article 11: Indemnification and Compensation Members are responsible for posted information and transactions conducted using the services. END may seek compensation for damages caused by member violations.

Article 12: Limitation of Liability END is not liable for certain events beyond its control or for member-contributed content. Limitations apply as per relevant laws and these Copyleft Terms.

Article 13: Governing Law and Jurisdiction Disputes are governed by Korean law, and proceedings are filed in courts with jurisdiction according to legal procedures.
